PACS is part of an enterprise-wide informatics solution, and integration is the primary issue for ensuring smooth and seamless operation of all of the hospital informatics systems. Therefore, it is very important to check whether the PACS system conforms to industry standards not only for today’s integration issues, but also for the integration challenges of the future.

INFINITT strictly conforms to industry standards such as DICOM, HL7, IHE, and HIPAA regulations. The IHE initiative is a project designed to advance the state of data integration in healthcare. Sponsored by the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) and the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS), it brings together medical professionals and the healthcare information and imaging systems industry to agree upon, document, and demonstrate standards-based methods of sharing information in support of optimal patient care. INFINITT has been FDA and CE cleared and has been tested at IHE connectathon tests and showed outstanding performance.
